The food is great.the service was fast and friendly and warm

Took my friend to eat here today and she ordered the double cheese burger. I was amazing of how delicious it was, because it is a Mexican restaurant.

Im giving 3 stars because i ordered a chalupa compuesta nachos and green enchilada plate. The enchiladas were good tea was good rice and beans good. Nachos were slop. No crunchiness on nachos or chalupa. The chips were soggy and chalupa shell totally soggy it was a big mess and a waste of money. It had to go in the trash. Ruined by sogg. I had a bad experience so i will never order chalupas or nachos there ever again. I probably wouldn't get any crispy tacos either. Ill probably just go somewhere else next time

The food is great. But..the constant loud, even yelling,from staff to customers and with co-workers, gets quiet annoying.

Chilaquiles verdes con pollo, BOMB. Always friendly, tortillas are homemade and taste delicious.

Good place to get some breakfast tacos after getting out of the dr office. I need to try their lunch specials. But recommend this place. I’ve been coming here since they opened. Nice waitresses very friendly.

Had stopped going here because the quality of the food had gone down. As Gomer Pyle would say: Suprise! Suprise!The menu has been changed and the food we had was delicious!Have to go back again and put this place on my regular stops list again.

Great place, great food and reasonable prices. The parking sucks with holes...and takes a little of the beauty of this great place. This a now a favorite on my list.

I’m always trying to support local businesses but this is one of the best places in the westside check out this big taco that I got I always get it it’s called a taco Mexicano..

Food is delicious and service was great. Although, they got 2 orders wrong, they fixed it immediately. The wait for the food was not long at all.

They really cleaned up the outside of this place so you know it's there now. They have good mexican food. It's really noisy inside the resturant with everyone talking I guess because it a small place.

I love it here every Tuesday I always get my usual order and they just know before I ask we've been going for a little over 2 years me and my family and we always get the same thing and it's perfect every time if you've eaten there you know what I mean

Good food, inexpensive. Pleasant family atmosphere. Place is always busy.This is an edit at a later date than the previous comment: I have gone to Yatzil restaurant numerous times. The past two visits my friend and I noticed something different. Or I should say many small things were different. The most important change that I wanted to enter is the food. It is not as good. In addition the restaurant is starting to skimp on portions. My friend and I were there Monday. My friend order cheese enchiladas. They came as flat reddish tortillas in sauce. My friend unrolled the tortilla and found a few bits of melted cheddar cheese. The waitresses have to be asked to REFILL your tea glasses. They also have a man that serves the meals, telling you that the plate is very hot. It may be hot but the food isn't all that. Since the restaurant is skimping on portions we likely won't go again.

Their tacos are AMAZING. Bonus points for me living walking distance from said place.

Cooks not consistent when food is good it's good then it drops a notch, Cooks don't take pride in their cooking!

Totally love their delicious food, the friendly kind waitresses and staff. The restaurant is very clean appealing. Highly recommend it to others!

I got Asada with avocado a chorizo and egg and bean and cheese. Every. Single. One. Of those tacos tasted like nothing. They don't have seasoning there in their kitchen. The asada meat was HORRIBLE. the worst ive ever had no flavor and the meat was dry and has mostly gristly fat.not good. The salsa had good flavor but could be hotter and less watered down.

Great food. Great price. Parking leaves a lot to he desired. But it's all made up for with the delicious food.

OMG, the food at this restaurant is delicious. And the fresh home made tortillas are so good. All they need is to make some really good hot homemade salsa.

I really enjoyed my visit at Yatzil. It was a good size group of us and they were able to accommodate all of us very quickly. Love the chips and salsa (green and red) the tea was great too. We got our order in a fairly reasonable amount of time for the size of the group. The waitress was very attentive and did a good job handling the group by herself. As food the food i didn't think it was great but i was good, everyone enjoyed there meals.

Good food I take my kids almost every morning for breakfast.

The food is ok I had the tacos and they are good with the takitos and I had a Chile Relleno but I didn't like that they drowned the Chile in Chile Sauce
